An intense week full of exchanges, meetings and pride for the IFF team at the UIC World Congress on Railway Training, organised by the UIC and SWTJU, from 8 to 11 April 2025 in Chengdu, China.

We were honoured to play an active part in this major event with :

🎤 Two key speeches on two different themes to share our expertise and our vision of tomorrow’s rail training.

🚆 Over three intense and exciting days, we took part in a number of presentations focusing on five key areas of rail skills development: training and education, diversity and inclusion, innovation, research and new technologies, safety and much more…

👥An active presence at the SNCF Group stand, a place for enriching exchanges with partners from all over the world.

🥈An exciting mission: to steer and support the African regional team at the TrainRail Hackathon International, which brilliantly won 2ᵉ place on the podium.

🏯Finally, we took part in a wide range of technical and cultural visits, demonstrating the richness of the Chinese railway network and its deep roots in the country.

It was also an opportunity to strengthen our international links and to highlight our commitment to developing skills and providing inclusive, innovative and forward-looking rail training.
