Protection of personal data

In accordance with law n ° 09-08 promulgated by Dahir 1-09-15 of February 18, 2009, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, the user has a right access and rectification of information concerning him . To exercise this right, the user can send an email to IFF: contact@iff-ma.com.

The user may also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of data relating to him.

Thus, no personal information is collected without their knowledge.

The processing implemented on the IFF Site is for :

• communication of information;
• online form management;
• contact management.

No personal information is given to third parties without the knowledge of the user. The IFF does not process or transfer any data outside of Moroccan territory. The information transmitted is for the sole recipient of the FRFI with which the rights of access, rectification and opposition can be exercised.
