On December 3rd, 2022, IFF took part in the 18th Management and Quality Audit day under the theme “Audit and quality management as a strategic development lever for educational and training institutions” organised by the National School of Commerce and Management (ENCG) of Tangie

The participation of the IFF took the form of a presentation by Mr. Abderrahim EL HACHIMI, Head of Planning and Pedagogical Resources, entitled “IFF, the first Moroccan training institution to be certified according to the international standard ISO 21001 V 2018”.

The objective of the IFF’s intervention was to testify and to share its feedback on the process of setting up its quality management system. The concrete and appreciated presentation allowed to share with the audience the subjects related to the consolidation of the quality file, the communication and the sensitization of the interested parties as well as the preparation to the certification audit.
