30 May 2023 marked the end of session CV 26: Ticketing and Customer Relations, given to 8 trainees from the company GTS (Grands trains du Sénégal) who spent 8 days in Rabat following a training course alternating theory in the classroom and immersions in the field at ONCF stations for real-life situations with station staff.
With an on-the-spot satisfaction rate of 100%, the course was unanimously appreciated by all participants, as their comments show:
“Our training at IFF went very well…. The professionalism of the trainer had a real impact on the enthusiasm and active participation of the group, which enriched the session. I can confirm the quality of the course, which we followed with great interest. IFF is an excellent and great training institute, with a very good framework and study conditions. The content is perfectly in line with the trainees’ expectations.

To mark the end of this session, the IFF organised a ceremony in honour of its trainees and presented them with their certificates. The ceremony provided an opportunity to hear the views of GTS managers and trainees. They expressed their complete satisfaction with the teaching methods used, the commitment and professionalism of the instructor, and the general organisational conditions.
