On 27 and 28 June, IFF carried out an ongoing training session for tramway drivers for 4 employees of Transdev Rabat, which operates the Rabat-Salé tramway.

With an overall satisfaction rate of 98%, this simulator training course enabled participants to discover and appreciate a new teaching tool, to perfect their tramway driving skills and to act in different situations (normal and degraded) in accordance with the regulations in force.

Karim MAKHLOUK, one of the session’s instructors, testifies to the quality of the session:

“… I would like to express my deep gratitude for having spent 2 days at IFF, during which I and my group gained new experience in the field of urban transport as well as knowledge that will be very useful in my career as a tramway driver and dispatcher trainer … I also had the pleasure of leading sessions simulating situations encountered by our drivers on a daily basis, which will help them to react well and avoid potential risks. Many thanks to the management of the IFF and all its staff”.
