On Monday 29 May, the IFF welcomed the first intake of 6 young future tramway drivers from RatpDev Casablanca.

These trainees will first be trained on the ‘Tram Driving Simulator’ before completing their training on board the tramway.
The driving simulator places drivers in an environment similar to the real thing, allowing them to experience all possible situations based on scenarios designed jointly by IFF trainers and RatpDev Casablanca driving supervisors.

💡 This is a first for tramway drivers in Morocco, based on the use of innovative teaching methods that introduce virtual reality to make training more effective and efficient.
