IFF devotes 3 to 4 months on average to the initial training of its French and Moroccan instructors and invests each year in their continuing training. The training takes place both in France and in Morocco to allow each trainer to immerse themselves in the railway culture that they do not master and thus guarantee the excellence of these trainers who are also among the best specialists in their domain.

To ensure the long-term quality and high level of training provided by IFF, expert business referents from SNCF and ONCF are continuously involved in order to assess the quality and educational content of the training. They also provide the link with the business lines of the two companies in order to identify the needs for the development of educational content and thus allow continuous training renewal.
