2021 will once again have been marked by the impacts of the health crisis. In 2020, like many organisations, the IFF first suffered the crisis before transforming its operating methods to ensure the recovery of its activities.
In 2021, the actions undertaken in 2020 have begun to bear fruit, thanks to the commitment of the entire team.
- Redeployment of certain training courses to meet commitments made to our clients;
- Professionalization of virtual classes implemented in 2020;
- Deployment of an e-learning tool to complete the system and thus offer “blended” training;
We are also pleased to have obtained ISO 21001 certification, the result of a collective effort that was rich in lessons learned.
And above all, we are very proud to have been able to support new clients in French-speaking Africa in their needs: Grands Trains du Sénégal, Grande Côte Operations, EQUANS (formerly ENGIE Solutions), CAMRAIL.
Finally, IFF is involved with the International Union of Railways in the Development of Expertise platform and wants to promote high-level training with this institution, in the spirit in which it was founded.
