The webinar “the role of sales teams in customer relations” for top sales managers, organised by ONCF and IFF in partnership with SNCF, was the kick-off for a new training cycle: “Managing customer relations on a daily basis” aimed at 150 ONCF sales managers, train managers and station managers.

This 2-day sessions training aims to better help managers to manage their teams, to satisfy customers and build loyalty by developing service attitudes; it aims to professionalise management in leading sales teams for a successful customer experience.

The course focuses on the mobilisation of “soft skills” and also aims to engage managers in continuous improvement processes. It is characterised by a large number of role-playing exercises, coaching, exchanges on real-life situations and the sharing of professional practices.

In addition to this training for managers, IFF is preparing a module on “Posture and customer relations” which will be dedicated to Front Office teams starting from next June.
