Valentine’s Day is a very ancient feast, symbol of passion and love, most of its traditions are lost but of which there are still today the ritual exchanges of cards decorated with hearts and Cupid as well as the gift of chocolates or flowers.
Red is invited to IFF restaurant by offering an idyllic setting and a special Valentine’s menu to trainees who will be pleasantly surprised to discover new dishes.
For the occasion, many attractive proposals have been considered. A la carte for this day:
Puff pastry heart with tuna and fresh cheese, Pasta salad with avocado and surimi, Vegetable cream soup, Valentine’s Day salad with smoked salmon and croutons in the heart, Beet salad with Mozzarella, Valentine’s Day pizza, Fish papillote, Aiguillette chicken breast, Beef fillet with fresh mushrooms and panna cotta with Rose water and raspberry coulis.
